Job summary

Envision Technology Solutions seeks a Senior Data & AI Transformation Leader to drive enterprise-scale programs in the BFSI sector. You will shape data strategies, reference architectures, and governance while guiding cross-functional teams across consulting, engineering, analytics, and delivery.

You will engage executives, translate business challenges into transformation roadmaps and measurable outcomes, and ensure successful value realization across Azure, AWS, GCP, and modern data platforms.

Qualifications

• 18+ years in Data, Analytics, AI, and Enterprise Data Transformation with proven growth impact.
• Deep expertise in Enterprise Data Strategy, Architecture, Operating Models, and Data Products.
• Proven ROI delivery across Data to Insights value chain.
• Experience leading Analytics/BI initiatives including semantic layers and self-service analytics.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML, GenAI, MLOps/LLMOps, Responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-scale data/AI transformation programs for BFSI clients.
• Define target-state cloud data platforms and data governance models.
• Engage CXOs and senior leaders; shape proposals and strategic roadmaps.
• Drive cross-functional teams across consulting, architecture, and delivery.
• Oversee presales to delivery transitions with clear commitments.
