Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in solutions architecture or related senior technical roles.
• Strong Python and SQL live coding and debugging skills.
• Expertise in distributed data systems architecture and lakehouse patterns.
• Proficiency on Databricks Platform with a developing specialization.
• Experience leading architecture discussions with senior technical stakeholders.
• Experience deploying to public clouds (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for business and executive audiences.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical strategy for accounts from discovery to deployment.
• Lead complex architecture discussions for data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics.
• Advise customer architects and engineering leaders as a trusted technical advisor.
• Drive technical wins by demonstrating Databricks differentiation with custom solutions.
• Develop an emerging technical specialization for the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver complex customer solutions.
• Influence product direction with feedback on requirements and gaps.
