• Explain complex data initiatives to end-users and leaders in simple terms.
• Senior project management experience in complex data programs.
• Collaborate with end-users, performance analysts, and leaders to validate reports.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with PowerPoint and Visio.
• Experience with BI/Data Warehouse concepts.
• Experience in health and human services or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute analytics projects with multiple sponsors.
• Lead hybrid Agile sprint cycles, epics and stories, and manage Waterfall plans.
• Coordinate SAFe ceremonies to sync across sprint teams.
• Serve as primary data liaison for reporting needs across agencies.
• Explain findings and data limitations to leadership in clear language.
• Develop AI prompts and data synthesis strategies for reporting.
• Create visualizations for program monitoring and official reporting.
• Champion data literacy and staff training.
• Troubleshoot data issues with data engineering and IT teams.
