Job summary

Lennar seeks a Sr. Product Manager in Technology to translate bold data and AI strategies into a scalable enterprise product portfolio.

You will work across data engineering, analytics, and AI teams to drive adoption of trusted data products and analytics capabilities that empower the organization. The role blends product management with program leadership and requires influencing senior stakeholders without authority.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management and/or enterprise program leadership experience.
• Experience launching or scaling data products, analytics solutions, or AI-enabled capabilities.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms and analytics ecosystems; ability to lead decisions with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Translate bold strategic goals into a scalable data/analytics product portfolio for enterprise-wide access to trusted data, analytics, and AI-driven solutions.
• Partner with data engineering, analytics, and AI teams to drive delivery and adoption of data products that matter.
• Lead product vision, roadmap, and metrics; define success criteria and governance for the data product portfolio.
