Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Senior Product Manager to translate bold strategic goals into a scalable data and analytics product portfolio. You will enable teams across the enterprise to access trusted data, develop advanced analytics, and deploy AI-driven solutions.

This high-visibility role blends product management with program leadership, partnering with data engineering, analytics, and AI teams to drive delivery and adoption of data products that matter across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or enterprise program leadership in large enterprises.
• Proven experience launching data products, analytics solutions, or AI-enabled platforms.
• Ability to translate complex data solutions into clear, outcome-focused narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead product vision, roadmap, and evolution of analytics and AI solutions.
• Coordinate delivery across data engineering, analytics, and AI teams; manage cross-team dependencies.
• Align enterprise stakeholders around product priorities and communicate progress in exec-ready formats.
• Lead end-to-end product rollout strategies, adoption, and ongoing usability improvements.
• Establish lean product lifecycle practices and governance across the data product portfolio.
