Transcarent is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to shape and drive an enterprise-wide data and AI platform. You will align data teams and business lines, transform data marts into reusable data layers, and establish prioritization and roadmaps to enable strategic platform work.

You’ll lead cross‑functional delivery with engineering, product, compliance, and leadership, managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications in a fast‑moving, HIPAA‑regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Program Manager, or similar.
