Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield Association seeks a Director of Data and AI/ML Platform Strategy to lead development and execution of our data and AI/ML platform roadmap, treating the platform as a product.

You will own end-to-end platform delivery for mission-critical data and AI initiatives, collaborating with engineering, product, data science, and business units to define core platform products, drive adoption, measure value, and mentor a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data/platform product management at scale.
• Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional leadership.
• Expertise with cloud-based data tech (AWS, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Knowledge of data security, governance, and HIPAA/HITRUST.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the data/AI platform roadmap.
• Own end-to-end platform delivery and program management.
• Drive platform adoption with KPI-based value delivery.
• Mentor and grow platform strategy teams.
