Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with transcripts
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in business analysis and data modeling
• Experience developing financial forecasts and long-range plans
• Experience implementing BI tools, analytics platforms, or AI-enabled solutions
• Demonstrated supervisory experience or training
• Current Texas driver’s license (if applicable)

Responsabilités

• Develop advanced forecasting models for annual and multi-year budgeting.
• Analyze revenues, expenditures, staffing, enrollment, tuition, and other financial drivers.
• Perform scenario analyses, modeling, and sensitivity analyses for executive decisions.
• Evaluate impacts of legislation, economic trends, and institutional initiatives.
• Design dashboards, executive reports, and KPIs.
• Mentor analysts and review analytical work for quality and consistency.
• Lead cross-functional analytic projects supporting Finance priorities.
• Research, evaluate, and pilot AI capabilities to improve analytics and processes.
