Job summary

Dallas College seeks a Sr. Analyst in Data & AI Analytics to lead analytics for the Office of Finance. You will mentor analysts, build forecasting models, and drive AI-enabled improvements in budgeting and reporting.

You will conduct complex analyses of revenues and expenditures, design dashboards, and translate insights for Finance leadership while supporting governance for responsible AI and data practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; transcripts required.
• 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis and data modeling.
• Experience developing financial forecasts, long-range plans, and executive reporting.
• Experience implementing BI tools, analytics platforms, or AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced forecasting models for annual and multi-year budgets.
• Analyze revenues, expenditures, staffing, enrollment, and tuition drivers.
