The role requires foundational scheduling experience, an associate degree, and proficiency with PowerBI and Microsoft 365 tools. You will work on 60,000 sections annually across multiple locations and report to university leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in mathematics, statistics, research, or related field.
• 2+ years demonstrated use in PowerBI dashboard, Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Power Automate, Power Apps, Access, PowerPoint, etc.), SharePoint are required.
• 2+ years demonstrated application of large data management and literacy skills including presenting data for data driven decision making.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience in physical space utilization, faculty teaching portfolios, physical and/or digital learning materials processes, and compliance and accreditation guidelines in higher education.
• For a part-time position, this position requires the use of a personal laptop capable of supporting dataintensive scheduling and analytical work.

Responsibilities

• Supports the management of 60,000 sections across dozens of campus locations per academic year.
• Cleans course section data for scheduling and course build efforts.
• Interprets scheduling forecasts and usage trends and implements efficient methodologies.
• Works with school leadership on course building, classroom assignments, and faculty assignments.
