Job summary

AV is seeking a Senior Data & AI Analyst, Finance Systems to own financial data migration for Oracle Fusion and to pioneer AI-enabled finance operations. You will build intelligent workflows for data quality, automation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.

The role reports to the Director, Finance Systems and serves as the technical lead for data and emerging AI initiatives. Responsibilities include data migration planning, quality controls, AI agent development, and governance across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, CS, or Data Science with advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in financial data management, ERP data migration, or BI/analytics.
• 2+ years building AI/LLM apps and intelligent agents.
• Led at least 2 full-cycle ERP data conversions from planning to post-go-live.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data conversion planning for Oracle Fusion, including scope, mapping, and schedules.
• Extract, transform, and load financial data from legacy systems and map to Fusion models.
• Design data quality rules, anomaly detection, and automated validation.
• Develop AI-enabled agents and conversational interfaces for finance users.
• Support Oracle EPM Cloud data migration and reporting pipelines.
