Job summary

AV is seeking a Senior Data & AI Analyst, Finance Systems in Huntsville to own financial data migration for Oracle Fusion and to pioneer AI initiatives. The role leads data quality, automation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics while coordinating with IT and Finance leadership.

You will build AI-powered workflows, validate balances with Accounting SMEs, and guide data governance and EPM integration. Strong Python, SQL, and Oracle tech experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in financial data management, ERP data migration, or BI/analytics.
• 2+ years building AI/LLM applications, intelligent agents, or ML models.
• Proven experience leading at least 2 full-cycle ERP data conversions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data conversion planning for Oracle Fusion, including scope, source identification, mapping, and schedules.
• Develop data mapping docs translating legacy structures to Oracle Fusion Cloud models.
• Design data quality rules, validation scripts, and dashboards using Python, SQL, and AI/ML tools.
