Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Acquisition to lead global data sourcing for mobile identity and fraud prevention offerings. You will manage strategic data provider relationships, drive onboarding and governance, and partner with product, analytics, legal, compliance, finance, and technology teams to deliver high-value data assets and ensure responsible sourcing.

You will oversee supplier due diligence, contract terms, and the transition of assets from evaluation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Risk Management, preferred.
• Minimum 9 years related work experience.
• Expertise in mobile identity and phone intelligence at a global scale.
• Experience with data sources, market dynamics, and use cases across regions.
• Established relationships with mobile operators, telco carriers, and partner ecosystems.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements across countries and industries.
• Experience negotiating contracts with external partners and suppliers.
• P&L accountability for external data/vendor relationships.
• Highly organized, self-motivated work style.

Responsabilités

• Lead identification, evaluation, and acquisition of external data sources for phone intelligence and mobile identity solutions.
• Identify new market opportunities and data partnerships for differentiation and growth.
• Build and manage relationships with data suppliers throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, legal, compliance, finance, and tech teams to advance initiatives.
• Drive due diligence, data evaluations, and onboarding to meet requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms and assist with contract development with stakeholders.
• Oversee transition of new data assets from evaluation to implementation.
• Monitor supplier performance and handle governance, renewals, and decisions.
• Develop clear business cases and status updates for prioritization and decisions.
• Ensure acquisitions align with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
