Job summary

CACI is seeking a SME Dashboard Developer to lead enterprise dashboard programs across the Department of State. You will shape strategies, govern data visualization, and guide large, distributed teams delivering executive and operational views for thousands of users worldwide.

Expect leadership of dashboard projects using Power BI, Tableau, and modern full‑stack skills; ensure accessibility compliance and robust performance. A Secret clearance and extensive BI experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 13+ years in software/dashboard development or BI.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Proven enterprise dashboard leadership for 10,000+ users in complex environments.
• Expert in dashboard strategies, data visualization, and BI governance.
• Full-stack capabilities with HTML5/CSS3/JS and modern frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership for integrated dashboard solutions across 40,000+ users.
• Establish dashboard development strategy with monitoring tools and 15-minute refresh.
• Direct infrastructure monitoring programs across 350+ facilities.
• Oversee core infrastructure services including cloud platforms.
• Ensure responsive UI with WCAG/Section 508 accessibility compliance.
• Develop weekly reporting and CSR documentation for leadership visibility.
• Manage quarterly spend plans and staffing/resource allocation decisions.
