Job summary

CACI is seeking a Journeyman Dashboard Administrator to support the GMOS contract for the Department of State. The role focuses on building and maintaining dashboards across operations, security, and finance, delivering near-real-time visibility and executive-level insights.

Ideal candidates have Grafana, Tableau/Power BI experience, and a background in data visualization with multiple data sources. Active Secret Clearance is required, and the position involves up to 10% travel in local areas.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; 4+ years of experience in data visualization, dashboard development, BI, analytics, or IT reporting.
Active Secret Clearance.
Proven Grafana dashboard development experience and executive-level reporting capabilities.
Experience with BI/visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Splunk dashboards, ServiceNow Analytics, or similar tools.
Strong IT operations metrics understanding: system availability, performance, capacity, and SLAs.
Experience integrating data from multiple sources with accessible, visually compelling formats and Section 508 compliance.

Responsibilities

Prepare comprehensive Contract Status Reports and Weekly Activity Reports with integrated dashboard metrics, data visualizations, and KPIs.
Develop interactive Trip Report dashboards documenting travel activities, site visit outcomes, costs and budget tracking, and lessons learned.
Implement Quality Management Plan dashboards tracking quality control metrics, audit results, continuous improvement indicators, and compliance standards adherence.
Develop and maintain integrated operational dashboards delivering near-real-time visibility into enterprise environment health including system availability metrics, capacity utilization trends, and security posture indicators.
Create comprehensive Quarterly Spend Plan dashboards with detailed financial projections tracking labor hours, costs by CLIN, and budget burn rates.
Implement Data Center Management dashboards displaying SDDC resource allocation, DR status, and infrastructure availability metrics.
Configure Enterprise Operations Center dashboards displaying infrastructure system availability, critical incident status, and problem management metrics coordinating with DT ENMOC.
Using Grafana, design enterprise monitoring dashboards integrating data from Oracle EM, Splunk, AppDynamics, Zabbix, and other monitoring platforms with automated alerting mechanisms.
Develop Capacity Management dashboards implementing monitoring tools for trend analysis, forecasting, and capacity planning across IT infra, applications, and storage.
Create disaster recovery dashboards tracking 2N redundancy status, automated failover readiness, data replication health, and RTO/RPO compliance ensuring business continuity.
