CACI International Inc. is seeking a Senior Dashboard Administrator to lead enterprise‑scale BI dashboards on the GMOS contract for the Department of State.

The role involves executive-level analytics, cross‑functional leadership, and guiding a high‑performing team to deliver advanced dashboards. The position requires an active Secret clearance, 8+ years in data viz/BI, and expertise with Tableau, Power BI, Splunk, and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience in data viz, BI, analytics, or IT operations reporting at enterprise scale (equivalencies considered).
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Proven experience in enterprise‑scale dashboard development, BI architecture, and exec analytics/visualization solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership managing complex data viz projects and coordinating reporting across distributed environments.
• Expert-level proficiency with BI/visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Splunk dashboards, or ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
• Strong leadership in guiding dashboard development teams and driving data viz initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Direct the preparation and delivery of Contract Status Reports and Weekly Activity Reports with executive dashboard metrics and strategic visuals.
• Manage dashboards for travel activity tracking, cost analysis, and lessons learned across 350+ facilities.
• Architect dashboards for Quality Management Plan with PMO metrics, audits, and corrective actions (CMMI/ITIL).
• Architect integrated operational dashboards for program-level views with trend analysis, predictive analytics, and drill-down capabilities for 40,000+ users.
• Design Quarterly Spend Plan dashboards with projections, labor utilization trends, and CLIN performance.
• Develop Data Center Management exec dashboards covering SDDC automation, cloud DR, and security policy compliance.
• Architect Enterprise Operations Center dashboards for incident visibility, real-time monitoring, and executive reporting on world events.
• Design dashboards integrating Oracle EM, Splunk, AppDynamics, Zabbix, and ServiceNow with Power BI reporting and analytics.
• Implement Capacity Management dashboards using predictive analytics and ML for expansion planning.
• Coordinate disaster recovery dashboards tracking RTO/RPO, redundancy, automation SOPs, and business continuity.
