Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Journeyman Dashboard Administrator to support the GMOS contract for the Department of State. The role emphasizes creating executive dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven insights to monitor operations and budget performance.

You will lead a high-performing team, deliver near-real-time enterprise visibility, and ensure 508-compliant, accessible dashboards across multiple platforms and data sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 4 years of experience in data visualization, BI, dashboard development, data analytics, or IT operations reporting.
• Active Secret Clearance is required to start.
• Proven Grafana dashboard development and data visualization experience.
• Experience with BI/visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Splunk dashboards, ServiceNow PA, or similar tools.
• Strong IT operations metrics knowledge: availability, performance, capacity, and SLA reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Contract Status Reports and Weekly Activity Reports with dashboards, KPIs and visualizations.
• Develop interactive Trip Report dashboards for travel activities, site outcomes, costs and budgeting.
• Implement Quality Management Plan dashboards tracking QC metrics, audits, and compliance.
• Develop integrated dashboards showing near-real-time enterprise health, availability, capacity, and security posture.
• Create Quarterly Spend Plan dashboards with labor hours, CLIN costs, and burn rates.
• Implement Data Center Management dashboards for SDDC resources, DR status, and availability.
• Configure Enterprise Operations Center dashboards showing availability and incident status with DT ENMOC.
• Use Grafana to design dashboards integrating Oracle EM, Splunk, AppDynamics, Zabbix with automated alerts.
• Develop Capacity Management dashboards for trend analysis and forecasting across IT infra and apps.
• Create disaster recovery dashboards for 2N redundancy, failover readiness, and RTO/RPO.
