CACI International seeks a SME Dashboard Developer to lead enterprise dashboard initiatives supporting 40,000+ users and 350+ facilities. You will shape dashboard strategy, drive visualization innovations, and coordinate cross-functional teams in a national-level IT environment.

You will guide the design, development, and governance of dashboards, ensuring accessibility and performance while aligning with program goals and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 13+ years in related fields such as software/dashboard development or BI architecture.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Proven track record leading enterprise dashboard programs for large user bases.
• Expertise in establishing dashboard strategies, data visualizations, and governance.

Responsabilités

• Provide executive-level leadership for enterprise dashboard solutions across the global Department of State.
• Develop dashboard strategy using enterprise monitoring tools with data refresh every 15 minutes.
• Direct infrastructure monitoring programs and automated alerting across 350+ facilities.
• Oversee core infrastructure services including cloud platforms and distributed systems.
• Direct mobile-friendly UI development with WCAG and Section 508 accessibility.
• Develop capacity metrics and forecasting for infrastructure planning.
• Prepare CSR and executive-facing program health updates on a regular basis.
• Establish weekly self-service analytics dashboards to engage stakeholders.
• Lead quarterly spend planning with labor categorization and scenario analysis.
• Provide strategic technical leadership on major dashboard programs, including staffing and budgets.
