Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead dam and water-resources projects in Colorado and the Rocky Mountain West. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee delivery, and strengthen client relationships while contributing to business development.

The role emphasizes senior leadership, mentoring, and growing a regional practice. The position is based in Denver on a hybrid schedule, with full-time hours and a salary range of $140,000 to $180,000 depending on experience,

Formación

• Requires 10+ years in the industry with strong project delivery knowledge.
• Active PE license in Colorado or ability to obtain within six months.
• Proven experience managing dam and water resources projects.
• Experience building client relationships and pursuing business development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead medium to large dam and water-resources projects from planning through delivery.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across civil, structural, geotechnical, hydraulic, hydrologic disciplines.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
• Support proposal development, scope/fee prep, and client outreach.
• Mentor junior staff and grow the regional practice.
