Job summary

Tighe & Bond is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead dam-related projects across the Northeast from our hybrid offices in Worcester, MA, Westfield, MA, or Westwood, MA. You will manage the full project lifecycle, mentor staff, and drive client relationships with public and private sector clients.

The role requires a Civil/Environmental Engineering background, PE licensure, and a track record in dam or water resources projects. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• PE licensure required; ticketed licensure in multiple states beneficial.
• Experience with dam, river restoration, or water resources projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proven project management leadership with budgets and schedules.
• Ability to coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead dam-related projects across the Northeast from design through construction.
• Collaborate with experts to address engineering challenges and opportunities.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage client relationships.
• Drive business development: respond to RFPs, shape proposals and fees.
• Oversee project lifecycle within budgets and schedules.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical leadership.
