Responsibilities

• Manage projects to achieve goals for technical excellence, budget control, schedule compliance, quality, client satisfaction, and profitability
• Develop project delivery strategies and lead project teams, ensuring scope, quality, and financial objectives are met
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and provide team leadership
• Support risk analysis and risk-informed decision making for dams and levees
• Mentor staff and contribute to business development and client growth
• Perform site visits and fieldwork as required
