The ideal candidate holds a civil/geotechnical degree, PE or P.G. licensure, 8+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel to client sites for project delivery and field work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or geotechnical engineering is required.
• P.E. or P.G. licensure is required.
• Advanced degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management tasks and staff development.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and schedules.
• Monitor heavy civil construction and dam/levee evaluations.
• Develop instrumentation monitoring systems and design documents.
• Prepare engineering reports, calculations, drawings, and permits.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
