Qualifications

• At least 10 years of related experience in dams and levees.

• Knowledge of USACE, FERC, and Reclamation risk-informed design practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects for technical excellence, budget control, schedule adherence, quality, client satisfaction, and profitability.
• Lead delivery planning, team assembly, and execution for medium to large water resources projects.
• Provide site characterization, fieldwork, and risk analysis leadership; mentor staff; support business development.
