Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Dairy Science, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in dairy/agriculture with risk management and consulting experience.
• Proven consultative sales and relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of dairy financial statements and market fundamentals.
• Experience presenting complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Licensed or able to obtain necessary insurance licenses.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Dairy Business Advisor to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space.
This role will partner closely with dairy producers and internal teams to deliver financial and risk management guidance that supports stronger business performance. The position combines consultative advisory work, relationship building, and practical market insight to help members make informed decisions. You will also contribute thought leadership, educational content, and on-farm facilitation that enhances member services and strengthens long-term profitability.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $107,680 – $161,520 annually
