Job summary

Redwood Strategy Group is seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist III – DAI Help Desk and Reporting SME to support a DoW financial management program. You will provide Tier 1 support for DAI, focusing on P2P, CA, and OTL, and serve as OBIEE/Advana SME for dashboards and reports.

You will troubleshoot, analyze data, and coordinate with PMO and other teams to resolve issues, producing metrics and recurring operational reports.

Qualifications

• Experience providing functional/technical support for DAI or comparable Oracle Federal Financials environment.
• Knowledge of DAI P2P, Cost Accounting, and OTL business processes.
• Experience troubleshooting customer issues and documenting them in a ticket-management system.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 help desk support for DAI-related functional, technical, access, and processing issues.
• Troubleshoot issues in P2P, Cost Accounting, and OTL; resolve requisition and supplier issues.
• Develop and maintain OBIEE/Advana dashboards and reports for agency leadership and operations.
