Job summary
CLA is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect - D365 to join our Information Technology team in Minneapolis. You will translate business strategy into scalable, secure enterprise designs for MarTech and CRM environments, lead architecture efforts, and collaborate with IT and business users to improve efficiency and workflows.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years designing enterprise environments, experience with marketing/relationship management systems, and familiarity with Agile delivery tools (Azure
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience leading design of enterprise environments.
- Experience in marketing and relationship management systems and project management.
- Dynamics 365 experience preferred, not required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and guide technology solutions aligning business goals with scalable architectures.
- Create and maintain operating procedures and technical documentation.
- Participate in project teams related to MarTech and CRM technology.
- Assist with IT security and user access for MarTech and CRM systems as required.
- Review application demands for impact on configuration and testing; support documentation.
