Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Senior Functional Consultant to design, configure, and implement D365 SCM solutions for clients. The role emphasizes client-facing leadership, requirements gathering, and delivering high-quality ERP outcomes.

You will lead end-to-end project activities, including design, configuration, testing, training, and post-production support, while mentoring junior team members and driving adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
• Experience with core D365 SCM modules including Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, and Warehouse Management.
• Experience leading client workshops and managing stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and implementation of D365 SCM modules across Inventory, Procurement, Sales, and Warehouse Management.
• Configure advanced SCM capabilities such as Master Planning, Asset Management, Transportation Management, and Quality Management.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate into functional designs and system configurations.
• Develop functional design documentation for customizations, integrations, reports, and enhancements.
• Lead client workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder discussions; provide go-live and post-production support.
