Job summary

Nexiva Inc is seeking a hands-on senior developer to build, release, and operate STAAND (DC CCWIS) built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. The role involves heavy coding, CI/CD ownership, ALM, and production support, working daily in the codebase with social workers, supervisors, and partner staff.

The candidate will design complex plugins/APIs in C#/.NET, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Power Fx, while coordinating deployments across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Senior developer with hands-on coding and CI/CD ownership.
• Experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure required.

Responsibilities

• Personally design and write complex work in the backlog (Dataverse plugins, APIs, PCF, TypeScript/JavaScript, Power Fx, Azure Functions).
• Own CI/CD, ALM, and release engineering across Dev/Test/UAT/Prod.
• Lead code reviews, enforce standards, and mentor staff.
• Provide production support and monitor system health across modules.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure delivery meets operational needs.
