Job summary

GoIntellects Inc. is seeking a hands-on Senior Developer to design, build, and operate STAAND on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform within a GCC tenant.

The role requires owning CI/CD pipelines, ALM, and production support, while engaging with social workers and partners to ensure delivery aligns with operational needs. The candidate will write complex code, perform gate quality checks, and collaborate daily in a government project environment, focusing on robust integrations and end-to-end release

Qualifications

• Hands-on Senior Developer to build, release, and operate STAAND on Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
• Own CI/CD and ALM end-to-end, gate quality through PR reviews, and provide production support.

Responsibilities

• Personally design and write complex work in the backlog: Dataverse plug-ins and custom APIs in C#/.NET, PCF controls, TypeScript/JavaScript client extensions, complex Power Fx, Azure Functions and Logic Apps, and integration components.
• Build and maintain integrations across the GCC/commercial boundary, including retry, idempotency, dead-letter handling, and reconciliation logic.
• Optimize platform performance: plug-in execution ordering, FetchXML tuning, batching, and portal load times.
• Implement portal functionality across external portals, including web roles and external-user authentication.
• Maintain automated test coverage: unit tests, integration tests, UI regression suites.
• Plan and execute releases: runbooks, rollback plans, post-deployment verification.
• Own triage, diagnosis, and resolution of production defects across modules and portals.
