Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Senior Functional Consultant to design, configure, and implement ERP solutions for manufacturing clients. You will help modernize back-office operations and improve financial processes, including month-end close, AP/AR, cash management.

As a trusted advisor, you will lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support while mentoring junior consultants and exploring opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit and collections.
• Experience with fixed assets, cost management, and cost accounting.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and develop functional design documentation.
• Experience supporting integrations, data conversions, and system customizations.
• Strong understanding of month-end close, cash application, credit management, and bank reconciliation.
• Experience leading client workshops and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a consulting environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement D365 Finance modules, including: General ledger, Accounts payable and receivable, Credit and collections, Cash and bank management, Fixed assets, Cost management and accounting.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Lead business process redesign and optimization, including improvements to month-end close, cash application, and back-office automation.
• Develop and execute test plans, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate customizations, integrations, and data conversions in collaboration with technical teams.
• Create functional documentation, process designs, report specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
• Lead client workshops, training sessions, and user-adoption activities.
• Serve as the primary client contact for D365 Finance matters and provide post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, and consultants to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Mentor junior consultants and share implementation best practices.
• Identify business development opportunities and support the continued growth of Crowe's ERP practice.
