Job summary

New York Technology Partners seeks a Senior D365 Field Service Functional Consultant to lead hands-on CE and Field Service work. The role covers work orders, scheduling, mobile solutions, security, and integrations across Dataverse and Power Platform.

You will guide design, requirements, and validation for multi-site deployments, collaborating with stakeholders across IT and operations. You will own functional design, testing readiness, and go-live support, with emphasis on standard-first

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Dynamics 365 functional consulting with hands-on CE and Field Service expertise.
• Deep knowledge of Field Service work orders, scheduling, inspections, mobile, security, workflows and configuration.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with Dynamics integrations and the full lifecycle from design through production support.
• Strong functional troubleshooting and ability to work directly with operational and technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on functional expertise; this is not primarily a requirement-coordination or project-management role
• Own functional design, process discovery, fit-gap analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria and solution validation.
• Provide hands-on expertise across work orders, incident types, resources, scheduling, inspections, mobile, security and workflows.
• Drive a standard-first approach and challenge unnecessary customization.
• Configure, validate and troubleshoot Dynamics functionality across development, test, UAT and production.
• Ensure integration with mobile solutions, integration services, transportation systems, data platforms and other applications.
• Lead readiness for SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare and support multi-site rollout and transition to operations.
