Job summary

Catch Resource Management Ltd. in Minnesota seeks a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) solutions.

You will act as a senior technical contributor, shaping architecture, custom development, integrations, and release delivery. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of ERP development experience, 5+ years with D365 F&O, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise ERP or business applications.
• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O development experience.
• Experience with X++, D365 F&O architecture, extensions, integrations, and data entities.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, SDLC/ALM, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support D365 F&O solutions using X++, extensions, and related tech.
• Lead technical design, architecture, and implementation of ERP enhancements and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable ERP solutions across modules.
• Establish engineering standards, documentation, and governance.
• Serve as senior escalation resource for complex issues and improve system reliability.
• Lead ALM activities including Azure DevOps, PPAC, source control, pipelines, deployments.
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across projects.
