Job summary

PDS Defense is seeking a seasoned ERP Project Manager to lead a strategic Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM deployment in a GCC High environment. You will coordinate across Finance, Supply Chain, IT and operations to drive the project from discovery through go-live and stabilization.

The role requires 8+ years of ERP project management and 3+ full lifecycle D365 implementations, with on-site work in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizen required.
Must be local and able to work onsite in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA throughout the project duration.
8+ years of enterprise ERP project management experience.
3+ full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and/or Supply Chain Management implementations.
PMP certification preferred and experience leading large-scale enterprise transformations.

Responsibilities

Own the ERP project roadmap, execution strategy, governance structure and delivery accountability.
Serve as primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.
Lead Executive Steering Committee meetings and provide project status to leadership.
Develop and manage the master implementation plan across all workstreams.
Establish KPIs, escalation procedures, governance frameworks, communication cadences and risk management processes.
