Job summary

CECO Environmental is seeking an ERP Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of CECO's ERP landscape, with strong D365 F&O expertise. You will guide functional leads, ensure scalable and integrated solutions, and refine CECO's ERP template for future rollouts across sites.

You will partner with stakeholders to align designs with business needs, manage risks, and drive consistent delivery while upholding CECO standards and long-term supportability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years of ERP implementation, enhancement, and business applications experience.
• 7+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or similar ERP.
• Proven leadership as Solution Architect or similar on ERP projects.
• Experience across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, or related processes.
• Strong governance, design review, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ERP designs are scalable, integrated, and CECO-aligned.
• Lead template development, standard processes, and reusable deliverables.
• Support functional leads with design decisions, requirements, and integration impacts.
• Govern cross-project design quality, risk, and deployment readiness.
• Drive go/no-go decisions and ensure long-term supportability and scalability.
