Job summary

CECO Environmental Corporation is seeking an ERP Solution Architect to lead global ERP design and delivery. You will guide functional leads, ensure scalable and integrated solutions, and maintain CECO's D365 templates across projects.

Based at our Dallas, TX headquarters, you will partner with executives and cross-functional teams to align ERP initiatives with business goals, manage risks, and drive standardization and value across CECO’s enterprise portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IS/CS/Engineering/Finance or related field.
• 10+ years ERP implementation, enhancement, and business applications experience.
• 7+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or equivalent ERP platform experience.
• Demonstrated experience as a Solution Architect or lead on ERP projects.
• Experience across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, or related processes.
• Experience guiding Functional Leads and reviewing designs.
• Experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations, rollouts, or transformations.
• Strong understanding of integrations, data, controls, reporting, and operations.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Travel readiness; travel less than one week per month.

Responsibilities

• Own ERP solution design across assigned projects and initiatives.
• Provide architecture guidance to ERP Leads, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Review and validate solutions for scalability, integration, and CECO standards.
• Develop and govern ERP design principles and governance expectations.
• Evaluate options and balance value, risk, cost, and maintainability.
• Ensure alignment with CECO's ERP direction and avoid technical debt.
