Job summary

Transportation Partners & Logistics is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Administrator to oversee the ERP platform's security, performance, and ongoing optimization from our Centennial, Colorado office.

You will serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues, coordinate environment updates and integrations, and partner with IT and business teams to ensure reliable, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on D365 F&O administration in a production environment.
• Experience with LCS, environment management, deployments, and updates.
• Knowledge of Azure and Entra ID security and identity management.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Administer D365 F&O platforms, ensuring stability, performance, and security.
• Manage production and non-production environments, configurations, and deployments.
• Monitor batch jobs, logs, and integrations; troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate upgrades, patches, and service updates with partners.
• Perform access control management and audit readiness.
• Develop technical documentation and runbooks.
• Support integrations with Azure services and external systems.
• Lead incident response and root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
