Job summary

Stable10 is seeking a D365 Finance & Operations System Administrator to join a growing organisation and support management, maintenance and optimisation of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O environment. The role focuses on system administration, security, user management, troubleshooting and ensuring ERP runs efficiently across the business.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing ERP support to end users.

We are looking for a D365 Finance & Operations System Administrator to join a growing organisation and support the ongoing management, maintenance and optimisation of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O environment.

This role will focus on system administration, security, user management, troubleshooting and ensuring the ERP platform runs efficiently across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the D365 F&O environment, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Administer user accounts, security roles, permissions and access controls.
• Monitor and manage batch jobs, workflows and system processes.
• Support environment management, deployments and updates through Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing ERP support to end users.
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to resolve system issues.
• Assist with data management, integrations and system configurations.
• Support testing, upgrades and release management.
• Maintain system documentation and follow ERP best practices.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Strong understanding of security roles, user access and system administration.
• Experience working with Lifecycle Services (LCS) and environment management.
• Knowledge of batch processing, workflows and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with data management and ERP integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience working with IT, finance and supply chain teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Power Platform.
• Understanding of D365 F&O implementations or upgrades.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain environments.
