Job summary

Alarm.com seeks a Senior Financial Systems Engineer, Dynamics365 to join the Finance IT Systems team. You will configure, extend, integrate, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, collaborating with Finance, IT, and partners to deliver scalable ERP capabilities.

You will design, develop, test, and maintain D365 extensions using X++, Visual Studio, and related technologies, while ensuring secure, auditable processes and robust deployment pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or ERP engineering.
• Hands-on experience developing, configuring, or supporting Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, code management, and lifecycle processes.
• Experience with REST APIs, data entities, and data migration activities.
• Understanding of SOX controls and IT general controls.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 across finance, procurement, and manufacturing.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions.
• Develop D365 extensions using X++ and Visual Studio.
• Support data migration, batch processes, and security configurations.
• Build and maintain integrations using APIs, OData, and Logic Apps.
• Manage source control, releases, and deployment pipelines.
• Troubleshoot performance, data, and security issues.
• Create technical designs and system documentation.
