Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. seeks a hands-on D365 ERP Manager to own Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as the business scales across locations and entities. You will lead ERP teams, coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, and Operations, and guide releases, testing, and deployment readiness.

The role requires strong experience in D365, ERP implementations, and stakeholder communication, with a track record of delivering successful rollouts and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production experience with D365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience leading ERP teams or workstreams.
• Successful delivery of ERP rollouts or upgrades.
• Experience managing ERP implementation or support partners.
• Comfort with change management and executive-level stakeholder communication.
• Typically 5+ years in ERP roles, with 2+ years leading people or ERP workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own D365 production performance, environment health, and releases.
• Lead ERP analysts, developers, and support resources; balance work priorities.
• Translate business needs into practical configuration and process improvements.
• Own and prioritize ERP backlog, drive user adoption and training.
• Lead ERP implementations, multi-entity rollouts, data migrations and go-lives.
• Manage partners against scopes, budgets, and timelines.
• Maintain access controls, audit readiness, and incident response.
