Kingfisher Recruiting seeks a hands-on D365 ERP Manager to own the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform as the business expands across locations and entities. You’ll lead ERP analysts and developers, guide priorities, and ensure successful go-lives while partnering with Finance, Purchasing, and Operations.

The role emphasizes production performance, deployment readiness, data quality, and stakeholder communication, with a track record of ERP rollouts and partner management.

Qualificações

• Hands-on production experience with D365 F&O / Dynamics AX and finance and supply chain processes.
• Experience leading ERP teams or workstreams and developing people.
• Successful delivery of ERP rollouts or upgrades through go-live and post-launch support.
• Experience managing ERP implementation or support partners and coordinating integrations.
• Strong change management, testing, access controls, and executive-level communications.

Responsabilidades

• Own D365 production performance, environment health, configuration standards, releases, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Lead and coach ERP analysts, developers, and support resources; balance support, enhancements, and project priorities.
• Translate business needs into practical solutions across configuration, process improvements, and development.
• Own and prioritize the ERP backlog, communicate progress, and drive user adoption and training.
• Lead ERP implementations, entity and regional rollouts, data migrations, cutovers, go-lives, and hypercare.
• Oversee D365 integrations, partner with BI/Data teams, and support data quality and reporting.
• Manage implementation and support partners against scopes of work, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
• Maintain change controls, role-based access, audit readiness, incident response, service metrics, and recovery procedures.
