Job summary

Covetus seeks a Senior CRM Architect with deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform expertise for a healthcare client. The role is 100% remote (PST hours) and full-time, USC/GC only. You will design and modernize CRM solutions, drive automation, and align architecture with HIPAA requirements.

The ideal candidate proactively identifies gaps, mentors teams, and brings innovative ideas for AI-enabled CRM initiatives across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Experience delivering D365 CRM implementations in healthcare domain.
Strong expertise in D365 CE, Power Platform, Dataverse and Azure.
Proven ability to drive modernization, automation and AI initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder communication at executive level.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform architecture.
Identify CRM/process gaps and recommend modernization opportunities.
Design solutions using D365 CE/Customer Service, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Azure.
Identify opportunities for AI, Copilot and intelligent automation.
Partner with business and technology leaders to define CRM roadmap.
Ensure scalable, secure and HIPAA-aligned solutions.
Lead architecture/design discussions and mentor technical teams.
Act as trusted advisor and bring new ideas to the client.
