Job summary

Overture Partners is seeking an experienced Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to design, develop, and support enterprise applications for complex case management and client service workflows. This fully remote role requires 3+ years in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, 2+ years in Power Platform, and expertise in Dataverse architecture.

You will translate business needs into scalable designs while upholding security and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Dynamics 365 Customer Service: 3+ years of professional experience.
• Power Platform: 2+ years hands-on experience with model-driven apps and workflows.
• Dataverse: design data models, security configurations, and architecture.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and end-to-end solutions.
• RBAC, identity management, data protection, and secure design.
• SDLC: requirements, architecture, development, testing, deployment, maintenance.
• Produce architecture docs, implementation guides, and support materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, security teams, and PMs.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architectures using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
• Develop model-driven apps, forms, business rules, and workflows.
• Architect data structures, Dataverse entities, and relationships.
• Implement secure integrations via APIs and data exchanges.
• Enforce security controls, RBAC, and data protection measures.
• Automate processes with configurable workflows and approvals.
• Deliver dashboards and analytics for performance insights.
• Support testing, deployment, and production stabilization.
• Plan data migration and modernization while preserving integrity.
• Maintain architecture docs and knowledge transfer materials.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve technical challenges and manage risks.
