With over 5 years of experience, strong skills in configuring D365 CE, and expertise in Copilot capabilities, you'll provide valuable insights and solutions to enhance business workflows and drive measurable outcomes. Relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
• Practical experience with Dynamics 365 Copilot in related fields.
• Skilled in setup of D365 CE Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements sessions and analyze processes.
• Configure and customize D365 CE modules.
• Document business workflows and user stories.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and provide training.
• Advise clients on best practices for D365 CE.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrated requirements.
