Jobgether is partnering to fill a Senior D365 Customer Engagement Administrator role in the United States. You will own the multi-location Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse environment, handling sales and field service requirements, security, and scalable platform changes.

You’ll work with stakeholders, engineering, and partners to optimize processes, manage releases, and ensure platform reliability while guiding governance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years supporting enterprise apps, with 5+ years on Dynamics 365 CE in production.
• Strong hands-on experience with Sales/Field Service in Dynamics 365 CE.
• Solid Dataverse, Power Apps model-driven apps, Power Automate, and security.
• Experience with environments, release controls, and ALM practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot plugins, flows, APIs, and data quality; good judgment.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day Dynamics 365 CE admin, health, and performance across environments.
• Monitor health, jobs, failures, flows, and engage vendors for complex fixes.
• Translate business needs into maintainable configurations and low-code solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve usability, data quality, and processes.
• Lead release and environment management, migrations, and rollback plans.
• Coordinate governance, approvals, regression testing, and deployments.
• Maintain data integrity in Dataverse and integrate with related systems.
• Manage an external managed-services provider and prioritize the backlog.
• Drive service reviews, track improvements, and allocate resources.
