• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or Basic Science with 4 years related Cytology experience and leadership.
• Must meet CLIA General Supervisor qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and coach divisional staff.
• Supervise daily and technical operations and quality management activities.
• Develop, review, and revise policies and procedures to meet standards.
• Ensure proper staffing for efficient laboratory operation.
• Review accuracy of lab data and reports with required documentation.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory accreditation standards.
• Mentor students and handle shift coverage as needed.
