Precision Focus seeks an experienced Policy Analyst to research, analyze, and coordinate cyberspace policy and doctrine for national and command-level operations. You'll craft concise briefings, background papers, and talking points for senior leadership while shaping policy recommendations across personnel, facilities, and education domains.

The role requires extensive interaction with senior military and civilian leaders and a strong working knowledge of legislative processes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience as a Policy Analyst or related function.
• 5 years of experience supporting Combatant Commands, Service HQ, Joint Force Headquarters, or similar organizations.
• 4 years of experience briefing senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Researches and writes background papers, talking points and statements for leadership.
• Provides legislative briefings to leadership.
• Offers policy recommendations to improvements in doctrine, organization and education.
• Analyzes program issues and conducts risk analyses to propose solutions.
