Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• BA/BS degree in National Security, cybersecurity, IT, or computer science with 12 years’ experience or Master’s with 10 years.
• Five+ years’ experience in Joint Fires within cyberspace operations.
• Five+ years’ experience in Fires coordination for military organizations and COCOM.
• Intimate familiarity with military operations and planning phases.
• Extensive knowledge of Joint Fires tactics and doctrine.
• Broad knowledge of Blue-space Cyber capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex CO information for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working across DoD and IC agencies.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive Cyber Operations aligned with mission objectives.
• Lead targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and integration within Cyber Warfare.
• Integrate CO with Joint Fires targeting processes.
• Provide leadership with situational awareness on planned and active CO operations.
• Advise leadership on CO usage with attention to legal considerations.
• Coordinate CO across USG, DoD, and allied partners to ensure unity of effort.
• Review and prioritize operational requirements for cyber capabilities.
• Analyze internal and external CO capabilities and tools.
• Navigate organizational structures related to full-spectrum CO.
• Communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
