TrendAI™, the global AI security leader and enterprise business unit of Trend Micro, seeks a Technical Account Advisor to partner with a Nordic and Baltic national infrastructure customer. You will deliver expert enablement, advise on architecture, and drive secure adoption of the TrendAI Platform in a high-security environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Technical Account Management or similar.
• Experience with Linux servers, Windows Server, and networking.
• Ability to obtain security clearance is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Advise on cybersecurity architecture and best practices for a national critical infrastructure customer.
• Drive proactive security posture reviews and risk guidance.
• Guide onboarding and adoption of the TrendAI Platform.
• Represent customer priorities to Trend Micro Product, R&D, and Security teams.
• Provide advisory support across the security lifecycle.
• Explain threats and platform insights to technical and executive audiences.
