Job summary

Design Imaging is seeking an onsite Cybersecurity & Systems Lead in Orem, UT to own the cybersecurity program and guide the systems administration team. You will set security standards, lead investigations, and drive incident response while mentoring IT staff.

You will coordinate security projects, ensure documentation, and communicate risks to leadership. This role requires hands-on technical leadership and a focus on secure infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cybersecurity program ownership with systems administration leadership.
• Experience leading technical projects and directing IT professionals.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and enterprise infra.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, VPNs, and network segmentation.
• Experience securing Windows and/or Linux environments; MFA and IAM basics.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the technical cybersecurity program.
• Set security standards and technical controls across infra and apps.
• Lead incident response and coordinate resources during incidents.
• Provide day-to-day technical leadership for systems administration staff.
• Mentor team, document processes, and establish ownership for infrastructure.
