Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a cybersecurity consultant to design, engineer, analyze and assess critical elements of the program across governance, risk, compliance and security domains.

The role requires expert-level knowledge and the ability to mentor others, work independently, and lead project delivery with minimal supervision. On-call rotation and remote-ready setup support Intermountain Health’s security mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced cybersecurity certification such as CISSP or SANS 700+ Series.
• 9-10 years of related work experience in cybersecurity and IT systems.
• Expert experience in cybersecurity technologies, systems and processes and strong troubleshooting, analysis and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, analyze and/or assess key elements of Intermountain’s cybersecurity program.
• Support governance, risk and compliance, IAM, data, endpoint and app security, network security, architecture and standards.
• Lead and mentor team members on incident and task delivery; participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
